The contraction to me implies an informal tone. And to be honest, even if that weren't the case, I wouldn't just because it's too clunky--that's the reason that a lot of editing standards are created, to avoid clunkiness. The only time I would use the capitalization you suggested is if it's in a humorous or satirical story, in which case I would say definitely give it a try and see how it looks.
